Her head moving from side to side slightly with the music. No, most of them don't want to, that is the thing. The choose not to acknowledge we are actually here... She smiled and pulled the small boy closer to her with her tail. After the music stoped she looked up at Lavan, the angry look on his face. She closed her eyes and probed his mind, finding the thought about his family, she sighed and decided not to probe deeper. "I am sorry Lavan." She said simply.

Jezebel could not read Lavan's mind so easily, she was only picking up his vibes. *Old Anger* radiated off of him. She flattened her ears in sorrow and unopposing submission. She tried to send him the peace she had found in Isis's answer about Lucien's choosing. Even the little human Lucien looked confused at the abrupt ending of the mystic music. He heistently went to Lavan to embrace him. Jezebel thought Lavan would forgive the contact having liked Lucien so much already, she allowed it.
He sighed, then looking to the boy he took him in his arms, he missed the embrace of a child. He looked into the innocent eyes of the boy and couldnt help but feel like home, then he shook his head as if returning from a dream and took a few deep breaths.

Isis shifted to her human form and got up and moved right next to Lavan. She put her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes. "Life if very hard sometimes...." she sighed.

Jezebel was relieved to see Lavan embrace little Lucien rather than snarl at him as she had unwittingly done the night before. Jezebel watched as Lavan put down Lucien and become breifly embraced Isis. She opened her arms to Lucien. He crawled over to her and rested in her lap. She felt something for him like love but a more intence adoration rather than love. She was not his mother, well aware of it. But she did not love him as a sister would. More. Jezebel gazed at Lavan as she held Lucien. "Nay, life is always hard. One cannot name a time where life has been easy like a hot knife through butter." Lucien looked at her, *such a blessing to this rag tag pack, and not even one of us*. Change from the passer by clinked into the hat. None of them paid any notice.

Jezebel who had been half sleeping snapped awake. Lucien was gone. She looked wildy around for a moment and realized that he was sitting behind the still cuddling Isis and Lavan counting the money donated to the so called struggling artists. She sighed relieved. She turned to Isis and Lavan. "When Tuski awakes we should discuss the time of choosing for Lucien." Lucien turned at the sound of his name but did not stop his task.
